This
is a hand operated machine to cut the paper or corrugated board in the
form of sheets. It is heavy duty in casted frame. Front and back guides
are provided with the machine for exact cutting. The blades are high precision,
hardened ground.

The
machine finds its use in the application of the glue on the tips of the
corrugated surface of the board. The rolls are precision ground to ensure
minimum thickness of glue on the applicator roll. The controls for gum
adjustment and the pressure adjustment on the sheet being fed, are from
single side. The feeding table can be rotated to facilitate the cleaning
of the rollers. All the gears and belts are concealed in covers.

the steel rollers remain intact and there is no possibility of pitting
on the rollers. It has all the features present in the ordinary model.

This
machine is utilised for evenly setting of the corrugated sheets processed
on the pasting machine. This ensures removal of air bubble, thus producing
an even board without damaging the flutes. The machine is provided with
two limit switches and Reversing starter to avoid any chances of accident.
Hydraulic model is also available at extra cost.
